ルルティア (RURUTIA) is a female Japanese composer and singer-songwriter. Most of her music can be described as dream pop, indie pop, pop rock, experimental and electronica. She began her career in 2001 with the release of 'Itoshigo yo' with the label Toshiba-EMI.
