Actuel began in San Francisco, approx 1981- with Stephen (Steven) Anderson on guitars, vocals and Yael Gaubert on bass. The song 'Things' was recorded in SF with Stephen, Yael and Danny O'Brien from The Avengers on drums, Stephen Wymore from Pink Section co-produced.
