Bernhard Anselm Weber (born 17th or 18th April 1764 in Mannheim; died 23. March 1821 in Berlin) was a German composer and music director. Weber studied in Munich with Georg Joseph Vogler and received a first position as a theater bandmaster in Hanover in 1787 with the troupe of Gustav Friedrich Wilhelm Großmann.
