FORMOSUS is a polish melodic death metal band which was formed in 2007 in Cracow, Poland by two guitarists of Goblin Market: Krzysztof Stanisz and Maciej Jagiello. They hooked up Marcin Turek on vocals, Piotr Kaczmarski on bass and Marcin Pazera on drums. The band finished its first material in July 2008.
