UK punk band that put out a 7" on United Artists in 1979, though the songs were recorded in '77 - High Rise Love b/w Free Enterprise. The band was either a joke, a cash in, or both. It's really the Gerry Rafferty band. "High Rise Love" is super snotty British punk while the poppier "Free Enterprise" is not completely unrecognizable as Gerry Rafferty. Read more on Last.fm.
