Shoebox Letters is a Portland/Vancouver based Americana band. They began in 2009 in Portland, Oregon and across the river in Vancouver, Washington. The band was started by Winslow and Stricker. Singer, songwriter, and guitarist Dennis Winslow was a staff writer for Nashville's Warner Chappell for two years in the ealry 1990s.
