You and Your Effects is a folk rock band made up of five students from Davidson College near Charlotte, North Carolina. Members are Jon Springfield (guitar, banjo, violin, accordion, keys, vox), Michael Mellody (guitar, vox), Lexi Valauri-Orton (flute, vox), James Johnson (bass), Mark Crowley (drums).
